# Assign a billing manager

If you're the team owner, you can assign **Billing Manager** permissions to other members of your team. They will then be able to:

* Change your team's subscription plan
* View and download invoices
* Change the payment method and billing address

First go to the [team page](https://reletter.com/account/team) and then tap on the settings button next to one of your team members:

Then tap on the checkbox next to **Billing Manager** to assign that permission. They will receive a confirmation email.
